| Widget doesn't appear | Script not loaded or invalid widget key | Check browser console for errors. Verify the widget key is correct. |
| Widget shows "Domain not allowed" | Domain whitelist is configured and your domain isn't listed | Add your domain in widget settings or clear the whitelist for open access. |
| Widget loads but can't connect | Firewall or proxy blocking WebSocket connections | Ensure WebSocket connections to widget.staffifyai.com are not blocked. |
| "Session expired" error | Token TTL exceeded (60 seconds) | This is rare. Usually caused by very slow page loads. Refresh and try again. |
