Certifications

Technician certifications let you prove compliance (BRL-100 F-gassen logboek, VCA audits) and track hercertificering. Each certification belongs to one team member and carries an issued date, optional expiry, issuing body, and optional document URL.
Scopes: operations.certifications.read / operations.certifications.write / operations.certifications.delete.

Field Service module required. These endpoints require the Field Service module to be enabled on your workspace. Calls return 403 MODULE_VAKMAN_DISABLED otherwise.

The certification object

Field	Type	Description
id	integer	Certification id
team_member_id	integer	The technician this certification belongs to (immutable after create)
certification_name	string	Human-readable name (e.g. "F-gassen Categorie III", "VCA Basis")
certification_code	string	Short code / registration number issued by the exam board
issued_at	string(ISO)	When the certification was granted
expires_at	string(ISO)	When the certification expires — null = indefinite
issuing_body	string	The exam board or institute (e.g. "SCIOS", "VCA Infra", "Bureau CRM")
document_url	string	Link to the PDF/image of the certificate (hosted externally)
created_at	string(ISO)	When the certification was recorded
updated_at	string(ISO)	Last modification
deleted_at	string(ISO)	Soft-delete timestamp — null if active

List with filters

Supports team_member_id (list for one technician) and expiring_within_days (compliance report: certifications expiring within N days — perfect for monthly BRL-100 reviews).

Soft-delete and restore

DELETE moves the certification to the 30-day recycle bin. Use ?deleted=true on list to see only deleted rows, or ?deleted=any for both. POST to /{id}/restore brings it back.
