Sync Logs & History
The Sync History table shows all sync operations with detailed metrics. Use this to monitor sync health and troubleshoot issues.
Sync Log Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Time | When the sync ran (relative time like "5 min ago") |
| Type | What was synced: All, Tenants, or Properties |
| Trigger | How sync was initiated: Manual, Scheduled, or Webhook |
| Status | Result: Success, Partial (some errors), or Failed |
| Created | Number of new records created |
| Updated | Number of existing records updated |
| Failed | Number of records that failed to sync |
| Duration | How long the sync took |
Status Meanings
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Success | Green | All records synced without errors |
| Partial | Yellow | Most records synced, but some failed |
| Failed | Red | Sync failed entirely (check circuit breaker) |
Connection Status Metrics
The Data Source card shows real-time health metrics:
- Last Tested - When the connection was last verified
- Last Sync - When data was last synced (with record count)
- Success Rate - Percentage of successful syncs (last 20)
